Howard Announces Carbon Trading Scheme By 2012

The Prime Minister, John Howard, has announced a carbon trading scheme to be introduced by 2012.

In a speech to the Liberal Party Federal Council meeting in Sydney, Howard again expressed caution about the economic effects of tackling climate change and derided the Opposition’s approach to the issue.

    I was wondering if I could please be sent a copy of John Howards announcement of the carbon trading scheme by 2012.

    I am doing an assignment on John Howard’s policies to climate change, therefore I ask if there were any significant policies, speeches or political momments where John Howard adressed the issue of climate change??
