This website is in imminent danger of being shut down. It has been online since 1995, but the personal circumstances of the owner, Malcolm Farnsworth, are such that economies have to be made. This is the official Charter and Constitution of the Australian Greens.
The constitution was adopted at the November 2014 Annual National Conference of the party, held in Canberra. The next National Conference will be held in 2017.
