This website is in imminent danger of being shut down. It has been online since 1995, but the personal circumstances of the owner, Malcolm Farnsworth, are such that economies have to be made. Business Tax And Divided Rabble: ALP Radio Ads

These are two radio advertisements broadcast by the ALP during the 1987 Federal Election.

Using the slogan, Let’s Stick Together, the first ad shows the Hawke government emphasis on disunity in the Coalition parties, notably the Joh for Canberra campaign.

The second ad promotes the government’s policy of reducing business taxes.

  • Listen to “a divided rabble” (50s)
  • Listen to the ad on business taxes (21s)
  • Listen to “Let’s Stick Together” (1m)
