This is Australia’s National Greenhouse Strategy.
The foreword to the strategy says: “The National Greenhouse Strategy is the primary mechanism through which our international commitments will be met. The Strategy extends the program of action launched by all Australian Governments through the 1992 National Greenhouse Response Strategy.
“The National Greenhouse Strategy has been developed by the Commonwealth and all State and Territory Governments. The Australian Local Government Association, and industry and community consultations also have made an important contribution.”
