The Leader of the Opposition, Mark Latham, has announced his new shadow ministry, following the 2004 federal election.
For the announcement, Latham was accompanied by Wayne Swan, the new Shadow Treasurer, and Stephen Smith, the new Shadow Minister for Industry, Infrastructure and Industrial Relations.
