Prime Minister Tony Abbott has made the traditional visit to the New York Stock Exchange, following his arrival in the United States.
Abbott was due to meet with United Nations Secretary-General, Ban Ki-Moon, after leaving the Exchange. He meets with President Obama in Washingon on Thursday.
Abbott spoke to journalists at the Stock Exchange.
