Former US President Bill Clinton has delivered a keynote address to the 20th International AIDS Conference in Melbourne.
Clinton paid tribute to the AIDS researchers who died in the shooting down of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17. He said he was proud to have been in Australia when Foreign Minister Julie Bishop spoke at the United Nations.
