In addition, the Shooters and Fishers Party has been renamed as the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party.

Parties are required to have either 500 members or one member of parliament in order to be registered by the Australian Electoral Commission. Registration means a party can appear above-the-line on the Senate ballot paper and is able to receive public funding.

Registration also includes a registered abbreviation. The abbreviation for Derryn Hinch’s Justice Party is Hinch.
